Shipping policy
By ordering through 'www.swimsafe.co.nz' ("Website") / Swim Safe Limited ("we", "our" and "us"), you are agreeing to our shipping terms below to ensure mutual protection for both parties and to set expectations about our service.

Shipping Destinations - We offer shipping throughout New Zealand to domestic, business, and rural addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Costs - Our standard freight charge is $10. Orders above $150 are eligible for free shipping throughout New Zealand.

Shipping Methods - We partner with local courier businesses to deliver our orders. At the point of dispatch we will choose the most appropriate courier service based on delivery times and cost. Orders may be shipped from multiple locations depending on item availability and to meet delivery expectations.

Delivery Timeframes - After your order has been placed, we will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Once dispatched you can expect delivery by courier within 1-4 working days.

Order Cut-Off Time - Our order cut-off time is 12:00pm NZST during working hours.

Order Tracking - A tracking link will be emailed to you upon dispatch. In the case where you do not receive an email or have lost your tracking link, you can contact us for tracking information and updates.

Orders Damaged In Transit - If you find a parcel has been damaged in-transit, where possible, reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer team. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present or an ‘Authority to Leave’ was in place, please contact us for the next steps.

Order Cancellations - If you have a change of mind after your order has been placed, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible.
